PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

A mistake or error in judgment can be made by anybody. As a mistake leading to an accident which may or may not have been your fault, legal action could be taken by a third party against you or your business.

Liability insurance protects you and your assets against such leagal actions taken by third parties following an accident arising out of the conduct of your business.

This insurance also protects your legal costs incurred in defending such actions against you.

PLANT AND MACHINERY

If you require a quote on Plant and Machinery, please contact the QAA who will organise a 'Placing Slip' to be sent to you. When you have filled this out, please send it back to the QAA and in turn a competitive quote will be sent to you.

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

Anyone who gives professional advice, and charges for this advise to a third party requires Professional Indemnity Insurance. In the event the Third Party suffers a loss and sues you, your Professional Indemnity Insurance is created to defend your position.
